Michael Wilson
Chairman
Michael is a serial entrepreneur. As well as having a huge depth of property development experience, over a 30 year career, he has founded and sold various highly successful businesses ranging from IT to financial services.
Simon Westray MRICS
Managing Director
Simon is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the UK real estate sector for over 15 years. He has held several senior positions at residential developers where he has successfully managed over twenty five land acquisitions and major development projects. Simon manages the day to day operation of Sagehaus Living and oversees the company’s ongoing pursuit of excellence.
Peter Bennison
Chief Development Officer
Peter brings with him over thirty years of property development experience having previously founded and managed the very successful Hadley Property Group and Meadow Partners. As chief development officer he puts his wealth of expertise in planning, design, procurement and construction to best use.
Reece Bennison
Director
Reece has a multitude of experience in both development and investment property transactions. To date he has identified and managed real estate transactions with a GDV of over £500 million. Reece focuses on identifying the best new land opportunities for Sagehaus Living.
Dr Stephen Ladyman
Advisor to Board
As well as advising the Board on its ongoing strategy, Stephen manages SageHaus Livings care operation partner, Oak Retirement. Stephen is an authority in the UK healthcare sector having been a former Minister for Health with responsibility for Social Care. After leaving Parliament he acted for two years as Chief Executive of Retirement Security Ltd, a company that manages one of the largest estates of private extra care accommodation in the UK. Stephen is a previous Chairman of the Retirement Housing Group, a leading trade group representing companies that develop retirement property. He is also Chair of Wiltshire Health and Care LLP, a community health provider in Wiltshire, and Chair of the National Autistic Society.
