South East / South Coast / South West and Yorkshire preferred. We require relatively affluent locations.
2 acre minimum / 10 acre maximum.
Unconsented strategic land / preferably brownfield sites but we will look at selected Greenbelt sites.
An attractive and peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of a major town or city.
Edge of settlement / sustainable locations (near a bus route / direct access to a pavement /preferably close to local amenities).
We can often unlock sites that traditional house builders can’t i.e sites that were previously refused on visual amenity / scale / access issues and environmental impact.
We will also consider sites with Outline Planning permission for traditional residential development.
