Please see below our site selection criteria:

  • LOCATION:
  • South East / South Coast / South West and Yorkshire preferred. We require relatively affluent locations.

  • LAND PARCEL SIZE:
  • 2 acre minimum / 10 acre maximum.

  • TYPE:
  • Unconsented strategic land / preferably brownfield sites but we will look at selected Greenbelt sites.

  • SETTING:
  • An attractive and peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of a major town or city.

  • CONNECTED:
  • Edge of settlement / sustainable locations (near a bus route / direct access to a pavement /preferably close to local amenities).

  • DIFFICULT:
  • We can often unlock sites that traditional house builders can’t i.e sites that were previously refused on visual amenity / scale / access issues and environmental impact.

  • OUTLINE:
  • We will also consider sites with Outline Planning permission for traditional residential development.
