Manufacturer visit – truly sustainable homes

The management team of SageHaus Living have returned from an exciting visit to their MMC manufacturer. Our prototype bungalows are in the design stage and we hope to be able to release further details soon!

Our choice to build our homes entirely off site will mean:

• • 90% reduction in construction material waste and land fill usage.
  • 90% reduction in construction traffic to site.

Our units will be truly sustainable featuring:

• The majority of our homes are built from sustainably sourced timbers.
• Air Source Heat pump
• Direct mechanical extract ventilation.
• U Values:
  – Walls: 0.15 W/m2k
  – Floor: 0.16 W/m2k
  – Roof: 0.15 W/m2k
  – Windows: 1.2 W/m2k mid Pane 1.4W/m2k overall including framing
