SageHaus Living first site acquired in Harrogate

SageHaus Living are delighted to announce their first acquisition in the district of Harrogate. The site is over 9 acres and will consist of around 60 high specification, Net Carbon Zero bungalow homes specifically for the mature buyer. The scheme will also provide an on site community centre to be utilised for social gathering as well as a GP drop in surgery. Planning is to be submitted Q1 2022.
